Planning and Budgeting - Phase 1
Whether you have plans already completed or still in the early stages of the thought to build a new home, we work closely with you from the start. Knowing what your budget and design goals are from the beginning is key to a successful build. We analyze materials cost of labor and options of products that can be used on your home that will exceed your expectations. This phase is very exciting as it is the start of your journey to your new home.
Breaking Ground - Phase 2
Finally Started, Plans are approved by the building department and we are digging your new homes foundation. There are different options when it comes to the homes foundations. Crawl spaces or slabs on grade is the least inexpensive way to construct a home as it is less digging and less concrete to be used. Full basements will give you much more added space as it essentially is the footprint of your first floor. This is discussed during phase 1.
Structural Framing - Phase 3
During this process we are constructing your homes walls, floors and roof structure, and we will be installing all windows, doors and roof to make your home water tight for the elements to come and allow us to get started with the interior.
Mechanicals- Phase 4
During this phase we are installing your HVAC systems, your Electrical and plumbing rough ins. After completion we will be awaiting inspections from building inspectors to give us the green light so that we can close up the walls.
Insulation and Drywall - Phase 5
During this phase your walls are insulated using high quality fiber glass or spray foam insulations. The insulation will also be inspected to assure the homeowner that procedures were followed to plans and local codes. Once inspection is completed we will receive the ok to Install the drywall on the complete home.
Interior Finish Work - Phase 6
Everything is starting to take shape! Floors, doors, moldings, bathroom tiles and fixtures, Kitchen cabinets and counter tops, lighting and plumbing fixtures are being installed, painters are painting odds and ends are being completed and you will soon be ready to move in to your new home that you have watched patiently come to life!
